I believe every child, teen, and adult deserves to understand their symptoms, feel safe in their body, and reclaim a life guided by curiosity and connection. Many people come to therapy feeling misunderstood or stuck; my work is to help them feel seen, supported, and empowered to move toward lives that feel freer and more aligned with who they are.
I integrate neuroscience, emotional insight, and relational depth to create care that is both grounded and hopeful. My approach is collaborative and practical: we slow down to understand what the brain is doing, get curious about the emotions beneath anxiety or pain, and build the courage to approach what has felt scary or avoided. I draw from Pain Reprocessing Therapy, Emotional Awareness and Expression Therapy (EAET), and Attachment‑Based Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (AB-ISTDP), tailoring each session to the person in front of me—whether that’s teaching an adolescent how the brain unlearns neuroplastic symptoms or designing creative exposure activities, including one unforgettable anti‑zombie mission that helped a teen reclaim the outdoors.
I support children ages nine and up, teens, and adults navigating ME/Chronic Fatigue, neuroplastic pain, and neural‑circuit dizziness. I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where we build clarity, confidence, and the capacity to move through fear and avoidance toward a values‑based life.
