What are Extreme Hardship (I-601A) Waivers?

When a qualifying relative may suffer extreme hardship due to separation or deportation of a undocumented family member.

What are Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) cases?

Eligible victims of battery or extreme cruelty may self-petition for lawful status without their abuser's knowledge, consent, or participation. VAWA is gender-neutral and inclusive of all LGBTQ+ applicants.

Process:

  1. Schedule - I will reach out to schedule a consultation within 48 hours of you contacting me.

  2. Consultation - I offer a free 15 - 20 minute virtual consultation.

  3. Appointment(s) - Assessment completed via two 60-minute sessions or one 2-hour intensive session.

  4. Evaluation Write-up - I provide a comprehensive 10 -12 page clinical report delivered within 3 - 4 weeks of the intensive 2-hour session or the second and final 60-minute clinical interview.

Investment:

  • Base fee: $1,200

  • Rush delivery: +$200 (7 days) or +$300 (5 days)
